VCO features a phase noise of -112dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset

Operating at 3200MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5-4.5V, the CVCO55CC-3200-3200 VCO has been released by Crystek. The device, which is highly linear, features a typical phase noise of -112dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset. Output power of the VCO is typically +5dBm.

The device has an input voltage of 8V with a typical current consumption of 30mA. Second harmonic suppression is -12dBc typical, while pulling and pushing are minimised to 3.0MHz and 0.1MHz/V, respectively.

Offered in a 0.5×0.5” SMD package, the CVCO55CC-3200-3200 is suitable for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
