The dynamic heating technology equipped in the system allows for 2,400W bottom-side heating, which is divided into three independent heating zones. The hybrid top-side emitter provides 800 W of heating power and combines the advantages of infrared heating with those of a convection heater. The system uses proven closed-loop technology, while the component temperature is measured and controlled exactly. The integrated digital infrared sensor (pyrometer) allows for precise, non-contact temperature measurement.
The company’s ERSAScope 2 and i-CON VARIO 4 will be showcased as part of the Power and High Temperature Electronics Manufacturing Experience. SMTA International 2014 will be hosting the first feature area in the exhibit hall dedicated to Power Electronics and High Temperature.
