VCO operates from 1000-2000MHz and 1.0-20V

A VCO, with a range of frequencies and voltages, has been released by Crystek. The CVCO55BE-1000-2000 operates from 1000-2000MHz and 1.0-20V and features phase noise of -95dBc/Hz at 10KHz, with +5.5dBm output power. Pushing and pulling are minimised to 7.5 and 2.5MHz/V and second harmonic suppression is -10dBc.

The CVCO55BE-1000-2000, which is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5×0.5″ SMD package, is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
