The latest analogue compensated TCXO from IQD Frequency Products, the IQXT-200 series, features a class leading frequency stability down to ±0.28ppm across a frequency range of 10-50MHz. Operating over a standard industrial temperature range from -40 to +85°C, the TCXO features very low power consumption of less than 5mA (typical). Users can select variants to operate from a 3.0, 3.3 or 5.0V power supply. A variety of outputs can be specified including HCMOS or Clipped Sine Wave.
Housed in an industry standard 7x5mm ceramic package, the IQXT-200 series oscillators are also offered in versions which allow the use of an external voltage to control the pullability. This accommodates applications where the output frequency needs to be locked.
