Crystek introduces new RF power detector

Crystek has introduced a new RF Power Detector, the CPDETLS-4000

Encased in a rugged SMA housing, this detector is designed for low-cost RF power monitoring in general lab use. The CPDETLS-4000 features a frequency range of 10 MHz to 4 GHz.

Crystek’s RF Power Detector is a zero-bias Schottky diode intended for use as a large-signal power detector (greater than -10 dBm). Input signal is rated at +30 dBm maximum, and video capacitance of the detector is 100 pF. The CPDETLS-4000 has an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
