Anritsu unveil the MS2027C and MS2037C

The MS2027C and MS2037C, the latest two members of the VNA Master handheld vector network analyzer family have been introduced by Anritsu. The new VNA Masters are ideal for demanding field use environments, including aerospace and defense, Satellite Communications, commercial wireless backhaul, and research.

This introduction of the newest members of the VNA Master series brings best-in-class measurement speed and high accuracy in a compact design measuring from 211 mm x 315 mm x 78 mm. The MS2037C also provides the most powerful handheld spectrum analysis capability to the 15 GHz class instrument, with incomparable performance in sensitivity, phase noise, dynamic range, and sweep speed and frequency accuracy. A built-in pre-selector eliminates spurious in displays.

Providing frequency coverage from 5 kHz – 15 GHz, specifically addresses complex cable, waveguide and antenna field test needs with accurate, vector-corrected 2-port magnitude, phase, and Time or Distance Domain measurements from the MS2027C VNA Master. A 2-port, 2-path, fully-reversing VNA, the MS2027C can be used by field engineers and technicians to measure and display all S-parameters with a single connection. The MS2027C is ideal for filter tuning as it has ultra-fast 350 µsec per data point sweep speed.

The field-proven VNA Master handheld platform is used by both the MS2027C and MS2037C. Their small size, light weight from 4.5 kg and battery operation make the analyzers superior to bulky benchtop or portable VNAs in field environments. Each model is built with a high-resolution, intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI), as well as a 213 mm daylight-viewable display that provides hands-free operation while viewing measurement results.

The MS2027C and MS2037C are available to order with immediately effect. Delivery is 6 to 8 weeks.
