Both the DSS-CV20 and DSS-CV21 feature a small, light footprint and slim enclosure, powered by the Intel Atom Processor D2550 with 1M Cache at 1.86GHz and SINGLE Channel DDR3 1066MHz SODIMM, up to 4GB. The Intel Integrated Graphics Engine GMA3650 Supports Dual View with one VGA and one HDMI port, each for optimum display compatibility. Robust connectivity is made available via Gigabit Ethernet connection and Optional Wireless LAN antennae. Storage is supplied by one 2.5 HDD/SDD, with further storage capability through an SD Card Reader, compatible with all classes of SD/SDHC/MMC and the newer high density SDXC format. Additional device connectivity is supplied by one RS-232 expansion port and four USB 2.0 ports. Multi-channel audio is also supported through an S/PDIF interface to round out the multimedia features of these display devices.
In addition to the very low 22W power consumption and small footprint of these devices, the DSS-CV21 differs in form factor as it is a fanless, noiseless system, making it an excellent choice for environments where distracting sounds are to be kept at a minimum.
“With their highly efficient design specifications for ease of integration, these compact display systems provide performance, longevity and feature sets, that when weighed against their cost of ownership, create a value that stands nearly unmatched in the current marketplace,” said Randy Chang, Senior Product Specialist for AAEON’s Industrial Systems Division.
