Designed to make RF power measurements in both field and R&D lab environments, the compact Model 3500 provides the accuracy of a benchtop RF power meter with the convenience of a portable instrument at half the cost of competing products.

Carlo Gavazzi has introduced a range of three-phase power quality analysers offering the highest class of accuracy, available as either standalone instruments - model WM5 96 - with a backlit liquid crystal display, or the PQT H transducer version. These new utility-grade analysers are powered by ARM RISC processors, which significantly speeds up signal processing and data communication compared with existing instruments.

Keithley's Metrology Services gets ISO 17025 Accreditation

Keithley Instruments has announcesd that its Metrology Services Group is now accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005, the single most important metrology standard for test and measurement, by the A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation). This latest accreditation expands the list of Keithley certifications by industry-recognized standards for quality such as ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

8 channel 3 MS/s 16-bit A/D Digitizer cards for PC’s

Strategic Test Corp has released twelve new Digitizer cards in its UF2-4600 series. Using multiple 16-bit ADC’s for true simultaneous sampling, the cards are available with a choice of maximum sampling rates from 200 kS/s to 3 MS/s and 2, 4 or 8 channel configurations - enabling the user to select the most cost-effective solution.

NI's latest RF Analyser Introduces Data Streaming for RF and Communications Applications

National Instruments has announced three new products that extend high-speed data acquisition and data streaming into RF and communications applications. With the new RF vector signal analyser and two new IF digitisers that include advanced FPGA-based signal processing, engineers can continuously stream high-bandwidth RF data across high-speed buses, such as PCI and PXI, directly to a PC for processing and analysis.
