Project integration management

Project integration management is the process of adjusting the project management processes. It includes three main processes:

The project execution plan is the process of accomplishing the project plan. Here the necessary interface processes should be completed. The inputs of the project execution plan is the project plan, and applied organisation policies. It can be performed using the project manager leadership and planning skills. The outputs can be work results and any possible change results.

Control of the project flow can be done by means of influencing the factors that create the possible changes in the project flow. The control of the project flow is also about managing the changes in the project flow. The inputs are the project flow reports and change requests. The change control can be done by measuring the project performance and making project flow changes. The output should be the updated project flow plan. [1]
