Divider/combiner functions as a nine-port RF hub
The Model 50PD-871 SMA from JFW Industries is a resistive eight-way power divider/combiner that operates at DC-7.2GHz.
It is available with 50Ohm SMA female RF connectors.
It is designed with a symmetrical layout using star configuration so that all paths through the eight-way have equal insertion loss, functioning as a nine-port RF hub.
The component can be used to connect multiple radios for testing in closed network.
It has a higher insertion loss than reactive models with Wilkinson design and it is physically smaller than reactive models with Wilkinson design.
