Toshiba have launched the T4K37, a 13 mega pixel, 1.12 micrometre, CMOS image sensor delivering high-image quality equivalent to a 1.4 micrometre pixel image sensor. Penny + Giles has continued the development of its SRH500 range of contactless rotary position sensors with the introduction of two CAN bus interface versions. The SRH520CN is a development of the company’s existing SRH501/2P model. It integrates additional electronics to provide either J1939 or CANopen options according to ISO/DIS 11898.
