1000 Nissan VENUCIA EV's Chosen for Pilot Program in China

Tesla Delivers first Model S Electric Sedan to Customers
Tesla Motors has announced that it has delivered Model S, the world's first premium electric sedan, to its first customers at an invitation-only event at the Tesla Factory in Fremont, California last week - approximately one month earlier than previously announced. The company plan to build 5,000 cars by the end of 2012, followed by 20,000 cars in 2013.

Research Programme Targets Next-generation Electric Motors For Luxury Automobiles
Next-generation electric motors for low carbon emission vehicles are the target of a new collaborative research programme to be led by Cobham Technical Services.
