TMJ surface mount thermal jumper chips released
Stackpole has announced its new TMJ surface mount thermal jumper chip series to meet today's demands.
Today’s power supplies, amplifiers, and servers are performing at unprecedented levels. The thermal impact of this performance can be significant and may elevate the temperature beyond the recommended operating temperature for some components.
Stackpole’s TMJ series is an electrically isolated jumper that provides excellent thermal conductivity with low capacitance and high insulation resistance between terminals. The TMJ utilises an aluminium nitride substrate to provide thermal conductance up to 216mW/C while maintaining isolation for components that can’t be electrically grounded.
