These Switching Voltage Regulators are synchronous step-down converters that operate at 200KHz to 2.5MHz configurable frequency range.
They provide up to 5A of highly efficient output current (Iout) with peak current mode control.
The devices operate at a 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and accommodate a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. They feature Over-Current Protection (OCP) in hiccup mode.
Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C temperature range. The regulators are available in a QFN-14 4mm x 4mm package.
Applications cover automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), and industrial power systems.
