Offering up to 98% efficiency, these modules are drop-in LM78xx pin-compatible solutions that save space, reduce heat, and improve performance across a wide range of applications.

All four series support output currents up to 500 mA, operate over wide input voltage ranges, and are protected against short circuits.

The MSR7805M series is ideal for high-efficiency, cost-sensitive applications with its 4.75 V to 34 V input range and excellent thermal performance.

The MSR7805BW, MSR7810BW, and MSR7820CW series expand the offering with options for higher output voltages, negative outputs, and extended temperature ranges, making them well-suited for applications with EMI constraints and strict reliability needs.

With robust environmental specs, EN 62368 compliance, and strong EMI performance (EN55032 Class B), these converters are an excellent fit for industrial automation, medical electronics, instrumentation, and more.

The converters come in a compact SIP3 package. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +93°C (MSR7805M).
