With the addition of Phoenix Contact's pluggable TTC-6P-4 four-wire SPD, the TERMITRAB complete product family becomes even more comprehensive.

These pluggable SPDs offer protection against overvoltage on four conductors in a width of only 6 mm. That is only 1.5 mm per conductor.

They are available at distributor Digi-Key.

TTC-6P-4 has been successfully tested to UL 497B, including the Class I, Division 2 approval for hazardous locations. This means that the TTC-6P-4 can be used worldwide.

Like other protective devices in the TERMITRAB complete family, these additions provide mechanical signaling that displays the overload status of the protective devices without the need for additional auxiliary power.

The status indicator on the protective device indicates the state of surge protection equipment on-site. Optional remote signaling modules monitor up to 40 protective devices, reporting the state to the control room.

Thanks to optical monitoring, users can integrate or retrofit the protective devices into the remote signalling system with minimal effort.
