Spellman High Voltage Appoints New General Managers for its Chinese and Japanese Operations

Spellman High Voltage Electronics has announced the appointment of Jason Michael as General Manager of Chinese (Suzhou) Manufacturing, Sales, and Service and Dale Scholle as General Manager of Japanese (Tokyo) Sales and Service.

We are excited to have recruited these two highly qualified individuals to provide experienced leadership during this period of rapid growth, said Loren Skeist, President of Spellman High Voltage. Jason’s diverse manufacturing background provides the management depth we need to rapidly expand our production capabilities, while Dale’s expertise in technical sales and marketing will support continued growth in Japan.

Jason Michael has worked for over 24 years of experience in electronics industries holding management positions in production, supply chain, and business applications. He has extensive experience implementing lean, TQM, and Six Sigma methodologies. Speaking of his new position at Spellman, Jason stated, I look forward to working with our talented and committed staff to meet the exciting growth opportunities, expand our technical capabilities, and provide unparalleled customer support.

Dale Scholle has over 22 years of experience in technical support, sales, and marketing in the automation control, LED/optical, and semiconductor fields. He is fluent in Japanese and has held strategic marketing positions for leading Japanese and international corporations. Regarding his recent appointment Dale stated, I’m proud to become a member of the Spellman Japan team. My primary focus will be to further develop our sales and service capability.
