RFMD’s New Single-Stage InGaP HBT Power Amplifier

RFMD is pleased to announce the release of the new RFPA2089, a 0.25W, 50MHz to 2700MHz InGaP HBT power amplifier specifically designed for wireless infrastructure applications.
