EVD300W DC/DC for e-mobility with standard footprint and IP67

Green Watt Power has announced the EVD300 Watt DC/DC converters as extensions of the successful Marble Series.

The fully encapsulated, IP67 class ruggedized DC/DC converters are designed for Electric Vehicle applications having two DC input ranges covering 30-130V, with output voltages for 12V and 24V batteries used to power auxiliary EV functions such as lights, instruments, accessories, and similar. In addition, unlike most DC/DC converters in the EV market, the Marble™ Series has a constant current function, so it can connect directly to a battery load. Additional features include Enable/Remote on/off, superior low battery conservation with a Quiescent Current draw of less than 30uA and IP67 ingress protection.

The EVD300 Marble Series is fully input-to-output isolated and protected by, Input Under Volage Lockout, Reverse Polarity, Over Voltage, Short Circuit and Over Temperature Protection. Two options are offered for connecting the DC/DC converter, either via flying leads or via standard Molex connector.

Top features:

  • Two DC input ranges: 30-65V and 50-130V
  • Two DC output voltages: 13.2V or 24V
  • Output power of 300W, parallel connecting up to 10 Units with up to 3000W
  • High efficiency, up to 93%
  • Fully protected with UVLO, OVP, SCP, OTP, IRPP
  • 1500V input-to-output isolation
  • Designed to meet IEC, UL, and CSA Safety
  • Operating temperature: -40C to +85C
  • Available with Molex connector or flying leads
  • IP67-rated enclosure
  • Industry standard size and footprint
