These diodes are designed to protect high-speed differential lines. Their high pulse peak current capability (10.5A, tP = 8 / 20µs) also makes them suitable for protection against electrical overload (EOS). The compact DSN housing, measuring 0.60 x 0.30 x 0.30mm, allows for flexible single-cable protection in various applications.
They are particularly suitable for automotive applications that require specific change control, such as parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
