All modules in the C5100 series have remote sensing (up to 150VDC output), overvoltage protection, and current limit protection on the output. Efficiencies run up to 95%. Operating temperatures available include -20°C to +75°C and -40°C to +75°C.
The units are packaged in a 3U x 40TE x 538 mm rack module for space savings and incorporate CombiTec I/O connectors. They can be rotated for 5U mounting. Options available include decoupling diodes for parallel/redundant operation, “ruggedization”, inhibit, Power Fail / DC-OK alarms, system reset, active current sharing, and programming.
Applications include railway controls and communications equipment (onboard and trackside), military applications, transportation, telecommunication systems, process control systems, and power stations.
