Ohmite's high power resistor has been designed with Europe in Mind
Designed specifically with high current applications in mind, Ohmite’s new wirewound tubular lug resistor range, the E Series, is available with three durable coating options; lead-free vitreous enamel, silicone-ceramic and the patented, flameproof Centohm cement which is designed to withstand temperatures as high as 2000°C.
Initially available in ratings of 72, 160, 280 and 700W, the E Series has both adjustable and fixed options, with live and isolated integrated mounting terminals. Enhancing Ohmite’s existing lug offering by adding sizes commonly used by the European electronics market, their rugged construction and choice of coatings makes the E Series resistors ideal for applications requiring high wattage ratings.
