The typical impedance at 1MHz is between 10 Ohms and 120 Ohms, depending on the specific part. The equivalent circuit is a series inductor and resistor, the resistance element becoming dominant at high frequencies.
The BLM15P series has an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 degrees C. Current de-rating must be used above 85 degrees C. The parts are offered on 180 or 330mm paper tape, or in bulk packages with a minimum quantity of 1000.
