Panasonic’s EEH-ZT series hybrid capacitors can operate at high temperatures with conductive polymer capacitor performance and aluminium electrolytic capacitor safety in a surface mount package.

These EEH-ZT series capacitors have a 4,000 hour life at +125°C.
The high temperature reflow hybrid capacitors can withstand voltages from 25 V to 63 V and are available in vibration-proof variants upon request.
AEC-Q200 qualification ensures optimal quality and reliability.
