Employing a fine-grained and high-purity dielectric, in addition to palladium electrodes, devices in the SQ series provide extremely high performance. Components in the A (0505) and B (1111) case-sizes are available ex-stock from TTI, providing capacitances from 1.0 pF to 5.1 nF. The S (0603) case size is also available from TTI, in NP0 and X7R dielectric versions.
High Performance Ceramic Capacitors
Now available from TTI Europe is the SQ series of high-performance, high-Q ceramic capacitors from AVX. Available in P90, NP0 and X7R dielectrics, the SQ series complements the well-established AQ series, introducing an increased level of current handling and lower ESR. They are suited to applications in the 10 MHz to 4.2 GHz frequency range, from radio broadcasting through to microwave communications.
