The ESD diode features low capacitance of 0.2pF and low dynamic resistance of 1Ω, while providing ESD resistance of ±8kV. It also suppresses signal quality deterioration (insertion loss) by lowering capacitance.
The DF5G7M2N is housed in a 1.3×0.8mm DFN5 package that reduces its footprint to less than 50% of that of similar products (compared to Toshiba’s DF10G7M1N, in a DFN10 2.5×1.0mm package). Simplifying wiring design, it is suitable for high density mounting.
