The benefits of Littlefuse’s customisable components include the ability to select and customise high reliability sorting flows, allowing the flexibility to address a variety of applications. In addition, the standard voltage ranges and power ratings allow for incorporating the TVS diodes into circuit designs easily in compliance with the RTCA/DO-160 Standard.
Littlefuse is also making available four “off-the-shelf” TVS Diodes series, in addition to the components with customizable upscreening and sorting process flows. The SMCJ-HR Series, SMCJ-HRA Series, SMDJ-HR Series, and SMDJ-HRA Series are designed for use in aerospace applications, such as fly-by-wire flight control, engine control, power supply/distribution, cockpit electronic equipment and displays, air conditioning, on-board infotainment systems, radar systems, advanced airborne digital computers, and airfield lighting. They are also suitable for a wide variety of military, industrial, and medical applications.
The SMCJ-HR, SMCJ-HRA, SMDJ-HR, and SMDJ-HRA Series are available for sampling.
