Resolve Optics works with systems integrators that supply tube or shielded CMOS cameras for nuclear reprocessing facilities and power plants. These integrators need lenses and optical assemblies that can tolerate high radiation levels and, in some cases, elevated temperatures. In response to these demands, the company has established an international reputation for producing small-batch, cost-effective radiation-tolerant lenses and related optical products, delivered on time and manufactured to strict quality requirements.

All Resolve Optics radiation-tolerant lens designs utilise specially selected cerium oxide doped glass enabling them to withstand radiation doses of up to 100,000,000 rad and temperatures up to 55°C whilst maintaining good performance. These radiation tolerant lenses provide high image resolution and minimum geometric distortion from 400 to 750nm.
