Mirrors have reflectivities ranging from > 99.97% to > 99.999% depending on wavelength and can be used for cavities with finesses of more than 300,000 (wavelength dependent). ATFilms is known for their market-leading substrate polishing capabilities which when combined with the hard coated film allow for mirrors with very low absorption scatter losses (as low as 1ppm) and high laser damage threshold levels.
