Vishay has broadened its optoelectronics portfolio with the introduction of the new AEC-Q101-qualified VEMD20x0X01 PIN photodiodes and VEMT20x0X01 phototransistors. The photo detectors feature an operating temperature range of - 40 deg. C to +100 deg. C and are available in 1.8-mm gullwing and reverse gullwing surface-mount packages.
