The CY7C1071DV33 32-Mbit 3V and CY7C1081DV33 64-Mbit 3V fast asynchronous SRAMs offer both 16-bit and 8-bit I/O configuration. The new 32-Mbit and 64-Mbit SRAMs offer very fast access times of 12 ns. They are available in RoHS-compliant 48-BGA packages with a footprint of 8.0 x 9.5 x 1.2 mm and 8.0 x 9.5 x 1.4 mm, respectively, the smallest package options for devices at these densities. The new fast asynchronous SRAMs are fabricated using Cypress’s high-performance, 90-nm C9™ CMOS technology. Cypress is the industry leader for fast asynchronous and low-power SRAMs, with portfolios that range from 4-Kbit to 64-Mbit densities. More information on Cypress’s fast asynchronous SRAMs is available at www.cypress.com/go/AsyncSRAMs.
“The introduction of the ultra-compact-footprint 32-Mbit and 64-Mbit Fast SRAMs first to the marketplace is a testament to our strong commitment to the SRAM business,” said Sunil Thamaran, managing director of the Asynchronous Memory Business Unit at Cypress. “We are constantly looking to leverage deep submicron technologies along with design innovation to bring the next generation of high-performance SRAMs into the market.”
