Mouser and Weidmuller seal global pact
A global distribution dea has been agreed between Mouser Electronics and Weidmüller, a manufacturer of industrial connectivity and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
Mouser will offer customers Weidmüller’s range of automation solution devices including, but not limited to, connectors, surge protection, power supplies, and relays for smart industrial connectivity.
Varitector PU (VPU) from Weidmüller are proven surge protection devices with integrated fuses, eliminating the need for an additional fuse before the surge protection device.
The VPU surge protection devices deliver optimal protection due to high discharge currents, and they offer an ideal, versatile solution for all power management systems.
They are combined type 2 and type 3 surge protection devices, featuring a simple, pluggable module design for easy installation and maintenance.
The Termseries (TRS) relay modules offer a versatile power management solution.
The relays feature one or two CO contacts, made of silver-nickel (AgNi); silver tin oxide (AgSnO2); or gold-plated silver-tin (AgNi 5µm Au).
Featuring DC blue, AC red, and UC white colour markings, the general-purpose relays have input voltages of 5 VDC to 230 VUC.
Weidmüller’s industrial Ethernet (IE-PS) connectors are RJ45 plug-in connectors that support outer diameters of up to 1.6 mm.
The tool-less connectors help reduce assembly time in the field and are available in a variety of different types to support multiple applications.
