Housed in a 7 x 5mm SMD package, the new XOR91 oscillators operate from 1.8, 2.5 or 3.3V supply voltage and offer frequency stability from ±7ppm over commercial temperature range ( 10 to +70°C) to ±15ppm over industrial temperature range ( 40 to +85°C).
Specifications include output logic LVCMOS, output load of 15pF, rise/fall time of 2ns typical, start-up time 0.6ms typical, 1ms maximum, output symmetry of 50% ±5%, tristate function implemented as standard and ageing of ±2ppm/year maximum for first year. Storage temperature range is -55 to +150°C.
Ideal for use in high precision clock applications, the new XOR91 oscillators are available on tape and reel and feature maximum process temperature of 260°C for 10s.
