The V585ME12-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 5.75 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 15 mA (typical) over the temperature range of 0º to 80º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -10 dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s MINI-14 package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V585ME12-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.

Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V585ME12-LF in L-Band. The V585ME12-LF operates at 1500-1900 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.8-20 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -102 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 35 MHz/V.
