The PCA1550B-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm at 3.3 Vdc supply while drawing 30 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This PLL features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -15 dBc. It comes in Z-Comm’s cPLL standard package measuring only 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The PCA1550B-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
