VCO operates across a -40 to +85ºC temperature range

Operating at 895 to 905MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0 to 5VDC, the CRO0900A-LF VCO has been released by Z-Communications. The device features a spectrally clean signal of -120dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset, and a typical tuning sensitivity of 5MHz/V.

The CRO0900A-LF is designed to deliver +3dBm of output power into a 50Ω load while operating off a 5VDC supply and drawing only 13mA of current. Operating across a -40 to +85ºC temperature range, the VCO features a typical second harmonic suppression of -20dBc. The device is offered in the company’s standard, MINI-16-SM package and is available in tape and reel packaging.

The CRO0900A-LF is well suited for mobile radio systems requiring optimum noise performance and low power constraints.
