VCO covers a frequency range of 2400 to 2600MHz

Covering the frequency range of 2400 to 2600MHz within a tuning voltage range of 1 to 12VDC, the CRO2500C-LF VCO has been released by Z-Communications. The device features a spectrally clean signal of -106dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 23MHz/V.

The CRO2500C-LF is designed to deliver 7±2dBm of output power into a 50Ω load while operating from an 8VDC supply and drawing typically 28mA of current. Operating across a -40 to +85ºC temperature range, the VCO features a typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc. The device is offered in the company’s standard MINI-16-SM package and is available in tape and reel packaging.

The CRO2500C-LF is well suited for base station equipment and satcomms applications that require low phase noise performance.
