SP3T switch boasts switching time of 30 ns
Design and sales support is announced by distributor RFMW for a Single-Pole, Triple–Throw (SP3T) switch from Qorvo.
The QPC1006 SP3T offers >30 dB isolation and <1 dB insertion loss in 0.15 to 2.8 GHz applications such as radar, electronic warfare and test instrumentation.
Handling up to 50W, this GaN on SiC switch switching time is 30 nS.
The QPC1006 available in a small, 4.5 x 4 mm QFN package.
