Operating at a 5V single supply voltage, the fully input- and output-matched devices feature high gain and linearity.
The amplifiers offer input and output return loss, integrated active bias, and an integrated enable ON / OFF function.
Supported by a full suite of development tools, the SKY6631x power amplifiers are well suited for applications such as enterprise small cells and massive MIMO as a high-efficiency power amplifier, and micro-/macro-base stations as a driver.
