The new C2 crystal provides a cost effective solution for applications that need the accuracy and precision of a system clock over a wide operating temperature range. The C2 crystal features a frequency range of 12MHz to 60MHz, a load capacitance of 8.0pF to Series, excellent stability characteristics of +/-10ppm per year and an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The C2 crystal is RoHS compliant and can be flow soldered.

A new highly compact crystal has been introduced by frequency control solutions manufacturer, Precision Devices Inc (PDI). The new C2 crystal consumes only 5.0mm² of PCB real estate with extremely compact dimensions of only 2.5mm (l) x 2.0mm (w) x 0.55mm (d).
