Operating over frequencies of 9.6-52MHz (13.0-52MHz for the LPXO2117), the LPXO series of oscillators has been announced by PETERMANN-TECHNIK. The series is currently offered in three variants: the LPXO2117 features dimensions of 2.1x1.7mm; the LPXO 2520 has dimensions of 2.5x2.0mm; and the LPXO3225 which measures 3.2x2.5mm.

Featuring a maximum power consumption of 1.5mA (up to 26 MHz) or 2.0mA (26-52 MHz), the LPXO oscillators are suitable for industrial applications as well as portable or narrowband wireless applications. The oscillators operate from supply voltages of +1.8, +2.6, +2.8, +3.0 and +3.3V DC and an operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C.

The SMD oscillators feature high stability, low jitter, high reliability for low cost and extremely low power consumption over a wide frequency range. Additionally, the LPXO series offers a very quick transient response of 2ms and a standard frequency tolerance of ±2-10ppm.

Supplied on tape and reel of 2.000 pieces per reel, the low power, low cost MINI-SMD oscillators are available in standard frequencies of 13, 19.2, 20, 25, 26, 30, 32, 38.4, 40 and 52MHz. Other frequencies are available on request.

The lead-free RoHS 2 compliant SMD oscillators are available now.
