Housed in a 17.27×17.27×5.08mm surface mount package, the T1241 series TCXO features 3.3 or 5.0VDC supply voltage at 30mA maximum, an operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C and offers square wave CMOS output into 15pF load with 50% ±10% symmetry. Additional specifications include rise/fall time 10ns, aging of 1ppm/year and frequency adjustment of ±5ppm typical.
