17.8cm (7”) widescreen TFTs for industrial usage with wide view technology

This technology guarantees a perfect viewing angle of 85° in all four directions without colour shifting. Therefore the display can also be used without any problem in the portrait mode.

Second feature: the specified half-life time from the LED-backlight system is 50.000 hours. This is a standard value in the industrial area at 25°C. The specific feature is that this value is valid at a temperature of 50°C, a very important point for industrial customers. The display has a typ. brightness of 360cd/m² and a AG (anti-glare) polarizing filter has already been integrated. In combination with a high contrast of 800:1 the 16.194.277 colours (6bit + 2bit FRC) are also readable under difficult sunlight conditions.

A standard LVDS interface makes it easy for the customer to drive the TFT. Data Modul can also integrate a touch panel in its clean room.
