Sapphire flip chip technology ups LED performance
Mouser Electronics, is now stocking the OSCONIQ S 3030 CRI 80 GW QSLMS2.EM LEDs from ams OSRAM.
These LEDs are optimised for indoor professional applications.
They use sapphire flip chip technology to reach impressive performance and reliability and come in a standard form factor to enable drop-in replacements.
These devices are housed in a white SMT package with typical radiation of 120° (Lambertian emitter).
The ams OSRAM LEDs have a 2200 K to 6500 K colour temperature and a CRI of 80 (min.), R9: 0 (min.). The devices have an ESD of 5 kV according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM).
