Power saving 3.5in transflective TFT display is ideal for portable applications
A new 3.5in TFT module with a high-reflectance ratio of more than 6% has been released by EPSON Imaging Devices. Due to this outstanding feature it is possible to dim or even switch off the LED-backlight at room lighting conditions. Hereby the power consumption of the display will be reduced significantly.
EspeThe QVGA module has a resolution of 240x320 pixel und a contrast ratio of 120:1 when the LED-backlight is switched on.
An additional highlight: The innovative module is optional available with a so called “inner-touch” which doesn’t affect the outstanding optical performance of the display.
In order to control the new TFT display as simple as possible, Data Modul AG offers it´s customer the appropriate control solution, LED inverter, connectors, as well as suitable touch panel controller.
