Mono LCD displays for lower cost and lower power

Inelco Hunter is pleased to announce a range of Monochrome LCDs for applications that do not require a colour display.

The advantages of a monochrome display are lower cost, lower power consumption, and lower processing requirements. The Transflective type LCD screens combine low power with high brightness, making them suitable for sunlight-readable portable products. 

Character LCD modules are available for 8 x 2,16 x 1, 16 x 2, 16 x 4, 20 x 4 and 40 x 2 format, in a standard or custom design solution.

Graphic LCMs with controller ICs are available with the following resolutions: 120 x 32, 122 x 32,128 x 64, 240 x 64, 240 x 128, and 320 x 240.

Chip on Glass (COG): Graphic displays with one-chip solutions and resolutions from 128 x 64, 128 x 128, 240 x 64, 240 x 128, 240 x 160, and 320 x 240.

Mono screens are deal for applications requiring a simple status display, including factory automation, industrial machinery, medical devices, and commercial applications such as EV chargers, vending machines, IoT equipment, and home appliances.
