Based on a proven design used in SMT equipment for over a decade, Count On Tools has introduced the Quad 01005 Ceramic Nozzle. The micro-component nozzle for Quad machines measures 0.32mm OD with a 1.00mm ID. It enables highly accurate, repeatable chip placement for 0201/01005 micro-components.
