The Engineering Design Show (EDS) returns on the 12 – 13 October 2022 to the Coventry Building Society Arena. The UK’s biggest show for engineering, electronics and embedded design.

EV charger dev kit and white label app demonstrations

Product demonstrations include an EV charger development kit developed by ByteSnap spinoff company Versinetic. The kit is used by charge point manufacturers as a prototype electric vehicle charger station, to help de-risk projects.

The development kit allows to set up the software and connection to a chosen OCPP back-end provider. This takes you several steps closer to creating your own complete charger, optimising project time and costs in the process.

There will also be a demonstration of Versinetic’s white label app for charging systems. The app is available to both charger installers for locating EV charge points to set-up in the field, and to EV charger users for managing personal charger metrics (including eco load balancing modes and smart charging time settings).
