CASwell Announces Dual Port 10GBASE-T Network Card

CASwell announced the release of next generation Dual Ports 10GbE Copper network card, NIP-54021. The NIP-54021, built with the RJ45 connectors already widely used with Ethernet, and the new Intel Ethernet Controller X540-AT2, provides 10Gbit/s transmission speed with low power consumption.

These features make the NIP-54021 a great-value, practical and high-performance network module.

The NIP-54021 works with Cat 6A cabling and is compatible with almost all the existing networks. This advantage of NIP-54021 certainly benefits the users. It provides the backward compatibility that most of our customers require for a smooth transition and easy upgrade to 10GbE. The NIP-54021 uses the RJ45 connectors and copper twisted pair network cables that are popular to every IT professional. And designed into CASwell network appliances, it can be deployed anywhere in the network environment.

The NIP-54021 dual-port 10GbE copper network module is compatible with all CASwell’s 1U and 2U network appliances. Utilizing a special hardware design, the NIP-54021 can be installed very easily into CASwell’s appliances.
