NetHawk EYE monitoring system is a completely Tew approach for network-wide monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting of GSM, UMTS and LTE networks. It is specifically designed to provide solutions for the challenges occurring when mobile networks converge to IP networks.
NetHawk EYE provides reports for all parts of the organization including management, marketing, operation & maintenance, help desk, and engineering. It creates real-time statistics on the network performance and sophisticated applications from network quality overview with KPIs and QoS measurements down to multi-interface call correlation with drilldown functionality. NetHawk EYE flow analysis offers a unique way to locate individual user sessions and create related KPI analysis to measure the Quality of Experience on customer level. NetHawk EYE is extremely scalable; it can be used with very light configurations for small networks up to big database clusters for networks with tens of millions of subscribers. This makes it a monitoring system affordable for all kinds of operators.

NetHawk EYE is targeted to help operators with the following increasingly important and crucial issues:
- End user QoS level, throughput, jitter and latency on the IP application level, SIP functionalities andIN services.
- Increasing IP traffic with VoIP, Mobile TV, web, streaming, gaming, and increased number of ISPs, causing enormous data processing and storage requirements.
- Complex network topologies and functionalities with full or partial IP transport for RAN and Core interfaces, load sharing of MSS/SGSN pools, direct tunneling, multi-vendor network configurations and continuous software upgrades in network elements.
- Global roaming and charging, with charging based on QoS policy and pre/postpaid services.
